Megyn Kelly Attacks Trump’s MAGA

Conservative commentator Megyn Kelly is facing fierce backlash after making explosive comments about President Donald Trump’s MAGA movement, claiming it has shrunk into what she described as a small group of “diehard loyalists.”

Kelly made the remarks during an appearance on the popular Hodgetwins podcast Friday, where the discussion quickly turned toward Trump supporters, foreign policy, and growing divisions inside the conservative movement.

“MAGA is not what it was,” Kelly said during the interview. She argued that the movement has become a much smaller circle of unwavering Trump supporters who continue defending the president no matter the controversy.

Her comments immediately sparked outrage across conservative social media, with many Trump supporters accusing Kelly of turning against the very movement that helped fuel her rise as a major conservative media figure.

Kelly also revived her ongoing feud with conservative radio host Mark Levin, suggesting that only the most loyal MAGA supporters continue backing personalities like Levin. President Trump has previously defended Levin publicly, calling him a “great American patriot” and blasting critics who attacked the longtime conservative host.

The conversation became even more controversial when one of the Hodgetwins compared Trump to former President George W. Bush, criticizing recent foreign policy developments and warning about possible military escalation involving Iran.

Kelly agreed that some Trump voters feel disappointed over growing tensions overseas, especially after Trump repeatedly campaigned on promises to avoid new wars in the Middle East.

According to Kelly, many Americans strongly supported Trump because they believed he would put America First, avoid endless foreign conflicts, and focus on rebuilding the nation at home. She suggested some supporters are now ignoring concerns they once would have strongly opposed under previous Republican administrations.

Still, many conservatives strongly rejected Kelly’s claims and argued that MAGA remains the single most powerful force in American politics today.

Supporters quickly pointed to Trump’s massive influence inside the Republican Party and his overwhelming endorsement success rate. Trump-backed candidates recently dominated primary races across the country, with endorsed Republicans reportedly winning dozens of key contests.

For many conservatives, those victories prove that the MAGA movement remains energized, influential, and fully behind President Trump heading into the next election cycle.

Political analysts say the growing public disagreements between high-profile conservative media personalities highlight a broader debate over the future of the Republican Party, America First policies, and Trump’s continued dominance over the GOP base.

Despite the criticism, Trump’s supporters continue packing rallies, dominating online engagement, and driving fundraising numbers that many establishment Republicans still struggle to match.

The controversy surrounding Kelly’s comments has now turned into another major flashpoint inside conservative media — and many Trump supporters are making it clear they believe MAGA is far from finished.
