President Donald Trump is expressing renewed optimism that the long-running conflict with Iran could finally be approaching an end.
Speaking Thursday, Trump said he believes the war could conclude “pretty soon,” arguing that Iran may not be able to sustain the conflict indefinitely. His comments come as the administration faces continued pressure to find a way out of a confrontation that has stretched for months.
