President Biden’s flaks are touting a study on “media sentiment” which claims to show that the media uses less favorable adjectives to describe the President compared to his predecessor.
YES
Those darn media folk . . . so tough on poor old Joe
NO
The media is far too easy on him given the state of our great Nation
Recently, Biden’s Chief-of-Staff Ron Klain shared a post on Twitter that says his boss is receiving more negative coverage than Trump did during his Presidency. Ron Klain reportedly has a large influence in the White House for a Chief-of-Staff.
A study done by Pew Research seems to refute that, with Biden receiving 23% positive coverage and 32% negative coverage in the first 100 days, while Trump received 11% positive coverage and 44% negative ones.
Although the study shows that Biden received more negative coverage than positive ones, one should take into context the shortcomings of the Biden administration, such as the record-high inflation, increasing gas prices, rising crime, and the disastrous Afghan withdrawal last year.
