Trump Shuts Down Judge’s Order With This Move

President Trump isn’t backing down. After an Obama-appointed judge ordered parts of Florida’s Alligator Alcatraz migrant facility shut down, Trump’s border team made it clear: the crackdown on illegal immigration will continue no matter what.

Trump’s Border Chief: “They Won’t Stop Us”

Border czar Tom Homan declared that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will keep arresting criminal aliens and national security threats every day.
“They’re not going to stop us,” Homan told NewsNation. “We’ll follow the order, we’ll appeal it, and we’ll keep protecting Americans.”

100,000 New Detention Beds on the Way

Homan reminded viewers that President Trump’s Big, Beautiful Bill funds 100,000 new detention beds, ensuring there is always room to house illegal migrants awaiting deportation.
“For every illegal alien we arrest, we need a bed,” Homan said. “And thanks to President Trump, we’ll have them.”

Judge’s Ruling Sparks Outrage in Florida

U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams, an Obama appointee, ordered Florida to halt expansion at the detention site and dismantle lighting, generators, and sewage systems.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis blasted the ruling: “This is an activist judge trying to do policy from the bench. We’re not going to stop deportations.”

Trump’s Team: Slowed, But Never Stopped

Homan confirmed the administration will comply with legal orders while appealing them: “These radical rulings may slow us down, but they will never stop us.”

Why This Matters

This battle over detention space shows exactly why Trump is fighting for stronger borders, more detention capacity, and the authority to override activist judges who put politics over security.
