Should the Government Have the Power to Make Private Businesses Mandate Vaccines?

This week, US courts put a stop to President Biden’s mandate for private US business to mandate vaccines for all their employees

Well, the US Supreme Court was asked that question, and it just said no!

In a 6-3 decision, the court struck down an OSHA rule that required businesses with more than 100 employees to have their workers either vaccinated or tested for Covid on a weekly basis. This rule would affect approximately 84 million workers.

“This is no ‘everyday exercise of federal power,'” the Supreme Court said. “It is instead a significant encroachment on the lives – and health – of a vast number of employees.”
