Lindsey Graham Goes To War For Trump

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) is going on the offensive — and he’s not holding back. The longtime Trump ally says he’s preparing to “sue the crap out of” Special Counsel Jack Smith and anyone else involved in what he calls a shocking invasion of privacy and a direct attack on democracy itself.

During an explosive appearance on Fox News’ Sean Hannity, Graham revealed that the FBI secretly tracked his private phone records as part of Smith’s politically motivated investigation into January 6 and President Donald Trump.

“Whether you like me or not, it should concern every American that a sitting U.S. Senator had his phone records subpoenaed — with no evidence of a crime,” Graham said. “This is a complete abuse of government power.”

🔥 Graham: ‘They’re Trying To Destroy Trump’s Comeback’

The South Carolina senator accused Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg, Fani Willis, and Letitia James of working together to cripple Trump’s 2024 campaign and stop his historic comeback.

“If President Trump hadn’t declared his run for the White House again, none of this chaos would be taking place,” Graham stated. “The Justice Department has been twisted into a political weapon, and the FBI is acting like an enforcement arm for the Left — it’s an absolute disgrace.”

⚖️ Graham Promises Legal Action: ‘I’m Going To Sue Them All’

Graham said his legal team — led by attorney John Kennedy — is preparing to fight back in court.

“If they did this without cause, I’m going to sue the crap out of them,” Graham declared. “We cannot let this abuse of power go unchecked. If we don’t fight back now, they’ll keep doing it.”

When Hannity asked if that meant suing Jack Smith personally, Graham didn’t flinch:

“Anyone and everyone involved. I’ll sue whoever I can — not just for myself, but for every future American who values freedom.”

⚠️ ‘If They Don’t Pay A Price, They’ll Keep Doing It’

Graham warned that this political targeting is part of a dangerous pattern that began during the Obama-era ‘Crossfire Hurricane’ investigation and never stopped.

“We’ve seen this movie before — from Comey’s FBI to the Russia hoax,” he said. “If these people don’t pay a price now, they’ll keep doing it — to Trump, to me, and to anyone who dares to stand up to them.”

The fiery senator’s words struck a chord with millions of conservatives who see Jack Smith’s investigations as yet another example of the two-tiered system of justice that targets Trump and protects the political elite.

🇺🇸 A Turning Point In The Fight For Justice

Many believe Graham’s lawsuit could become a landmark battle over government surveillance, privacy rights, and political persecution. As more details emerge, conservatives nationwide are rallying behind the South Carolina senator’s demand for accountability and justice.

“Enough is enough,” Graham said. “We’re not going to let them destroy this country to stop one man — especially not Donald J. Trump.”
