NAACP Humiliates Trump

In a dramatic break from over a century of tradition, the NAACP announced it will not invite President Donald Trump to its annual convention — a move critics say proves the civil rights group has been hijacked by the radical left.

For 116 years, the NAACP has invited sitting U.S. presidents — Democrats and Republicans alike — to address its convention. But this year, the group is cutting ties with both President Trump and Vice President JD Vance, accusing the administration of promoting “fascism” and “un-American” values.

“We’re creating a safe space,” the NAACP claimed, “and this administration has no place in it.”

This decision comes just months after President Trump took decisive action to eliminate the toxic influence of federally mandated Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies. In January, he signed an executive order outlawing DEI in all federal agencies, calling it “illegal, immoral, and discriminatory.”

A follow-up executive order promoted merit-based hiring and restored equal opportunity without the divisive filters of race, gender, or ideology. President Trump emphasized that DEI policies undermine public safety, job performance, and common sense across vital sectors — including healthcare, aviation, and law enforcement.

“Americans deserve to be judged by ability and character — not skin color or gender identity,” President Trump declared.

Meanwhile, the White House fired back at the NAACP’s decision. Spokesman Harrison Fields told The Hill:

“While the NAACP pushes hate and division, President Trump is focused on uniting our nation, rebuilding the economy, securing our borders, and restoring law and order.”

Fields also noted the rising number of Black voters supporting Trump — rejecting the far-left’s obsession with identity politics.

“The Democrats have abandoned Black Americans in favor of pronoun police, purple-haired radicals, and anti-American extremists,” Fields added.

The NAACP’s refusal to engage with this administration highlights a growing divide between traditional civil rights ideals and the modern progressive movement. Past presidents — including Truman, Eisenhower, Reagan, Clinton, both Bushes, and Obama — all attended the event. Even Joe Biden showed up in 2024.

But now, under President Trump’s second term, the NAACP is choosing to shut the door on the most pro-American, pro-jobs, pro-equality agenda in modern history.
