President Donald Trump is demanding real accountability for the corruption of the Obama years — calling out former FBI Director James Comey and ex-CIA chief John Brennan as men who belong in prison.
In a hard-hitting interview with The Daily Caller, Trump said flatly: “They should be arrested.”
Trump Slams Obama-Era Corruption
“These people lied, cheated, and committed crimes against our country,” Trump declared. “What they did is a disgrace. They’re sick people — bad people — and they got caught.”
For years, Democrats and the media pushed the now-debunked Russia hoax against Trump. But as the 45th president points out, the investigations only revealed the real wrongdoing — by Comey, Brennan, and their allies in the deep state.
“They went crazy,” Trump said. “We didn’t commit crimes. They did. And the press covered for them every step of the way.”
Handcuffs Wouldn’t Bother Trump
When asked about the possibility of his accusers being arrested on live TV, Trump didn’t hesitate: “It wouldn’t bother me at all.”
He blasted the hypocrisy of Democrats who accuse him of “political persecution” after forcing him to take a mugshot. “They lied, they cheated, and then accused me,” Trump said. “They make it sound like I’m the bad guy, but they’re the ones who broke the law.”
Trump: Biden Forced My Hand
Trump compared the moment to his 2016 rallies, when crowds chanted “Lock Her Up” about Hillary Clinton. Back then, he resisted, saying he wanted to be gracious.
But now, after years of weaponized prosecutions from Joe Biden’s DOJ and Democrat-controlled districts in Manhattan, Fulton County, and D.C., Trump says times have changed.
“I wouldn’t have answered this way four years ago,” Trump admitted. “But Biden and his allies forced my hand. These people should be arrested. They’re crooked, and America knows it.”
Justice Could Be Coming
Ultimately, Trump said the decision will rest with Attorney General Pam Bondi, the Justice Department, and the courts. But he made his opinion clear:
“If they’re guilty, they’re guilty. They’re very bad people, very sick people. And the American people deserve justice.”
Comey and Brennan were central players in the failed Russia collusion narrative — a scandal that wasted years, divided the nation, and undermined a sitting president. Now, under Trump’s leadership, their actions may finally face the judgment they deserve.
