A recent WSJ poll indicates that 2% of Americans think climate change is a top national issue, up 2% since August 2020.
Sure
Cows gotta keep cool and hold in the gas.
Nope
There are more pressing issues than carbon emissions.
Climate change is one of the topics that have a stark difference in importance between Republicans and Democrats. During the Presidential election campaign in 2020, then-candidate Joe Biden declared that climate change is the “number one issue facing humanity.” Even the Pentagon has stated that climate change is a national security concern.
Despite that, a recent WSJ/NBC poll found that just 7% of the public think climate change is a top national issue. Other issues such as economy and terrorism topped the poll results.
Opponents of climate change alarmism say that the issue is exaggerated in order for politicians to have more regulations and control.
