Should boys wearing skirts be allowed into a girl’s school restroom?

A Loudon Country father says his ninth-grade daughter was raped in a school restroom by a boy wearing a skirt and claiming to be female.. The boy was convicted of the bathroom assault.

YES

It’s easier to disrobe

NO

It’s an open invitation to assault.

The Chicago Public Schools have already mandated that bathrooms in their school district be gender-neutral in order to be “more inclusive”. Such a bathroom can be used by anyone, whatever their gender.

The dangers of such a policy are obvious. In fact, there is no better example than the Loudoun County rapist. A teenage boy who wore a skirt entered a girl’s bathroom at the Stone Bridge High School and sexually assaulted a girl. The boy was convicted of the crime but was sentenced to three years of probation and time in a locked treatment center due to the victim’s mother’s plea for leniency.
