Barron Trump was seen walking across the campus of New York University (NYU) on Tuesday, marking his first public appearance there since his father, former President Donald Trump, was inaugurated for his second term. At 18 years old, Barron looked every bit the young adult as he made his way through the bustling campus in a casual, yet sharp, outfit—a cream-colored sweater layered over a white polo shirt, paired with black jeans and sneakers.
Though Barron’s father began his second term on January 20, Barron had evidently delayed his start at NYU, missing the first few weeks of classes, which began just days before the inauguration. Arriving at the university with a five-SUV motorcade, accompanied by Secret Service agents and NYPD officers securing the area, Barron’s arrival was undoubtedly a spectacle, reflecting his unique position as the son of a former president.
The youngest Trump son enrolled in the Stern School of Business after finishing high school at the prestigious Oxbridge Academy in Florida. Despite the challenges that come with being in the public eye, Barron seems to be thriving in his new academic environment. His mother, First Lady Melania Trump, shared with Fox News in October that Barron is enjoying his college life, particularly his classes and professors.
Standing at 6 feet 7 inches, Barron is already making waves in the world of business. Alongside two partners, he’s set to launch a luxury real estate company, Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc., with an emphasis on high-end projects such as golf courses and luxury properties in states like Arizona, Idaho, and Utah. The company lists Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, as its official address.
Though Barron’s life is far from typical, he’s managed to gain attention for more than just his family name. “He’s really popular with the ladies,” a source told People magazine, adding that even those who might not agree with his father politically are charmed by his tall, good looks. It’s clear that while Barron’s life may not be “normal,” he’s already carving out his own path.
