All indications in the current political climate are that the Democrats are slated to lose the House and the Senate in the midterm elections coming up in Nov 2022. And it is no secret that numerous Republicans have called for his impeachment, including Sen. Tom Cotton, Sen. Ted Cruz, and Rep. Matt Gaetz. In fact, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has already introduced multiple impeachment bills against Biden.
Biden could be impeached by the Republicans over a number of things – it could be his inability to evacuate all Americans from Afghanistan during the disastrous withdrawal last year, or it could be the unmanaged border crisis.
While it is easy to be impeached by the House – all it takes is a simple majority – removal from office is only possible if two-thirds of the Senate votes for it, which is unlikely.
