The relationship was brought up as part of the Chris Cuomo investigation, which uncovered that the former anchor had aided his brother, former New York governor Andrew Cuomo as he navigated multiple sexual harassment accusations.
Zucker has been a media executives for decades having gotten his start as the producer of the “Today” show. He also ran NBC Entertainment ascending to chief of NBC Universal.
